Sergeants can now again revoke a players undercover status from an undercover police officer by using /undercover revoke

Turns out they were wrong the entire time, they're correct now.

Breaches are now restricted to government, rebels, corleones or unemployed only.

You can only place them on props or vehicles

You will now always exit at the same relative position you enter a chair, no more getting stuck in the roof.

This also fixes the police database

You still couldn't use any of the tabs, this is only a visual change.

If you're above 70% hunger and have above 70% health (but less than 100 obviously), you slowly regen back to 100. This has been in the gamemode for years, it just hasn't ever worked.
