I get it a lot as well, It's something garry has to fix. Just gotta wait a few years for the next update and then another few month for him to fix what he breaks in that update aswell.

Someone talked about an addon to deactivate, in relation to weapons, but he talked so quickly that I did not get everything :'(

I validated all my Half-life content and CS: S, it fixed itself after that.
