Thanks, but the vidock is kinda expensive i think, do i even need it? Does it do other than being a case for the graphics card?

You have to use a special eGPU if you don't use that, the boxes allow you to use ANY graphics card you want.

Yes, better off with a desktop tbh, its not like your laptop will be portable with that dock lol
