Title of Bug: Can't transfer Dupes between servers

Description: 
I can't transfer my old dupes to the new V5P map.

Evidence: 
When I try to move over dupes from build/SRFL one of two things happen.
1. Nothing at all.
2.I get sent over to this site:

* This site is not working code 500

I also want to point out that none of the dupes I've made on the new V5P map shows up in the V5P folder.*

although it's not ideal, you can do it. you just have to click the copy button on the actual dupe itself
