Summary of the incident
This man "andyengel98" blocked the entrance to a building owned by Mikerosoft™ and me.

Sadly he did not remove the prop when asked and even placed it down multiple times.

As I already dealt with the user and his prop-blocking tendencies before and warned him about this sort of behaviour, a 1 hour PTE blacklist will be applied.
