Summary of the incident
CalvinMoons did break FearRP. 
He was ramming into my police vehicle and wrecklessly driving infront of the nexus garage, which is why I pulled him over.
How ever, he followed the order to step out of the vehicle but not to face the wall.
After being told to face the wall several times under gunpoint, he replied with the question "What if I don't?", which is still fine in my opinion (allthough he actually had to face the wall...) 
But he proceeded to pull out an M1911 right after, trying to kill me and the supporting officer. This led him being shot several times.

This is my first PR. If any more further information is requiered, please make sure to tell me so.

Hello, seems you had a typo in the Steam ID. It should be STEAM_0:0:552764855 instead of STEAM_0:0552764855, (it was missing a ":" after the second zero).

Could you edit the report with the fixed Steam ID, since the player report system won't work unless it's written correctly in the original post.
