Title of Bug: ELO rank for chess is broken
Description:
When players loose a match in chess its showing a negative deduction but is instead adding to players scores
Evidence:
I lost three matches in a row to Haarek cause he is far better than me but my rank continued to grow each match starting at 1400 and ending at 1470, I checked the board as well in /topchess and it is also saying my rank as the added amount rather then a deduction for my loss
