I don't know if it's just me or the server because when I hop on GMod and try to join I don't see it on history or the main page, and when I used the link from this website it said the server was unable to connect/offline.

The maintenance is done now. Are you still experiencing this issue of being unable to join? If not then Lewwings got it right and its just because nobody could at that time.
