Ok to my conclusion my lua cache cannot be downloaded is caused by the server cache being corrupt so to my research on it the admins have to restart the server so it can be fixed. and p.s. for people that say not to restart it for 1 or 2 people my friends list has about 50 people and all of the fearlessmembers on my friends list are having the same problem so
