It may also be a problem with the client you know. Not the server.

Explain. I defragged my files, verified game cache, deleted my cache folder. Anything else you know of besides a server restart?

look... so far i havent seen any1 else with this problem.. and then again, i dont think the server is gonna restart because one guy got problems with it...
