Greetings Fearless,

As discussed in our community meeting back in September, as with the release of farming (Read more here: https://fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?ti...#pid861907) - we have decided to move forward with a ban wipe. The reason for this decision is for numerous reasons, in the last year we've had a drastic change in the team, not only with a new owner - but our admin team has been composed or primarily fresh new faces. A lot of time has passed and our team reflects this, so we believe it's time to forgive and forget.

Alongside this, a lot of attitudes have been shifted, we no longer ban for reasons we did back in 2015 and we feel it's only fair our records reflect our change of heart (it's worth noting that blacklist were also never included in the original wipe and therefore we have decided to wipe them alongside bans).

Is there a threshold of when the bans were wiped?
Yes, if you were banned in the last 60 days then your ban will still be put on record.

Are all bans past those 60 days wiped?
For the most part, yes - The average user would have had their bans completely wiped, however those who broke a severe strand of ToS (harassment, hacking, etc) have not been unbanned, primarily to safeguard our players from not so friendly faces (blacklist have all been wiped expect in the last 60 days).

What about forum and Discord bans?
Forum and Discord will be kept unless they directly relate to a punishment that you were banned for ingame.

A lot of players have felt held down by their records and therefore have been unmotivated to play, if you reflect on our decisions on promotions the last few years we have had a team largely composed of players who have previously had a lot of punishments on records, permed, etc. And so it's important to note that records do not hold you down. It is worth noting however that with a ban wipe, it will be more clear to us who now is actively breaking rules - as everyone will be put on a fresh slate.

We hope this thread has been informative and that you no longer feel held down by punishments that you feel are no longer fair - and that you enjoy the update that has gone alongside this!

Many thanks to Edned & Darrell for helping with the wipe.
