hello i just rented a server for me and my friend to play horror games on gmod but i cant seem to know how to change the map or game mode or anything
can someone help me out? ps i got it from ZAP

Youre better off asking ZAP Hosting for help considering they host the server for you

set yourself as admin
changelevel command in console ur welcome could also just not rent a server and just host a local server like a normal human being
