Hi
I have gmod open on my computer in order to gain money from contraband, therefore I am never truely AFK. Whilst doing this, I have my work laptop open doing my work. It is not like I am using a program to bypass the AFK timer, and technically it is me who faces the consequences if I go AFK for a bit as that is when I am most vulnerable from an attack (as proven when you destroyed my contra).
To extend, you can contrabase as "unemployed" on your own per this thread: https://fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=95900
"The unemployed job will be the base job, with a salary of $0. Rule changes have been implemented in order to allow unemployed people to commit petty crimes (mugging and contra-basing would be allowed with the Unemployed job title, for example)."
And everything else you said is a load of betty swollocks, not against the rules so I wont waste my time replying to everything else.
It's apparent to the whole staff team that I do this, if it was such a big problem then I would have been stopped over a month ago. Now please stop being so petty, and just enjoy roleplaying on the Fearless RP servers without posting farce reports on staff members!

Farce reports? Do tell how standing in a home not owned by you full of thousands of dollars of equipment is roleplaying? Would an unemployed person waddle into a house they don't have the keys to and start putting up contraband? Is it within roleplay for said unemployed person to blankly stare at anyone who walks in and let them destroy valuable equipment with impunity? This is clearly against 3.5 if you are content with being vulnerable to attack, this is also against 2.4 as your roleplay style is very unrealistic.

If that is the rule you are reporting me for then please state it in the report, instead of panicking by looking through all the rules after my reply trying to find a reason to get me warned.
Regarding rule 3.5, as a criminal I found that it was more beneficial not to own the property as I would make more money and I am less likely to be found by hiding in one of the rooms out of sight. I have made a lot of money this way, therefore I have made an RP decision to do this. The building is not owned therefore the police wouldn't search it, therefore chances of imprisonment is low, don't see how I would risk death doing this, and the loss of liability is low unless a criminal (like yourself) happened to be snooping around an unowned building... You only realised as you were looking for a place to base yourself as you admitted.
My response above explains how my RP actions are not against the rules, meaning this AA is invalid and in fact you are just wasting my time and your time.

Greetings Indica,
Thanks for taking the time to create a staff report. Having reviewed the evidence, we do not believe that any of the rules were infringed upon. The unemployed job was introduced with rules allowing petty crimes and the use of contraband, and therefore that is allowed.
No abuse noted.
Regards,
Connnnnnnn
