Summary of the incident
After a pursuit Julern crashed his car and got knocked out, we therefor called a paramedic and once the paramedic arrived he killed himself to avoid arrest. We contacted Redpanda about it and explained what happened. Redpanda brought back Julern so we could arrest him since he killed himself. Before we got to the point of arresting him he started an OOC conversation with us stating that he didn't kill himself, he claims that someone stepped on him which resulted in him dying. As you can see in the video that's not true, he was dead before the person got even near him, he killed himself as the paramedic arrived which means he now also lied in OOC. During this OOC conversation Julern then decides to run away from us as he realise that we're actually going to arrest him instead of believe him and let him off.
I would see the part where he kill himself as FailRP and then him running away while the situation was still in OOC means that he pretty much ignored what an admin told him but I would see that as FailRP too.
