Description:
Playing on low resolution (1280x600, 800x600, etc) causes the laws menu, along with other menus (such as some job descriptions, some weapons with long descriptions, basically anything with a long description) to be unreadable, as the text doesn't wrap to the next line - rather it hides underneath the menu. Should be a really easy fix.

This also happens to me when using a 4:3 monitor or having any resolution below 1920x1080.

Just tested this. Menu is usable on low res now.
