Summary of the incident
I caught Kawful72 stealing a vehicle in a public place, at first I just thought he didn't know what he was doing or didn't know about the rules. I was simply going to search him, and arrest him. Once I tased him, handcuffed and woke him up to search him the chase begin. He took off and I pulled out my weapon to initiate fearrp, but he continued to run.  His friend Chizzle my Wizzle (STEAM_0:1:98542781) attempted to stop me from arresting him by jumping on his body attempting to kill him. He chased me around the entire time asking why I am arresting him, laughing at me.

For the admin who reviews this, please note I was assisting doux with this and watched the video. It is clear that the person in question directly breaks fearrp and does not care and it is also clear that his buddy jumps on the body also in the video and that they are together as he repeatedly says "why is he getting arrested".

I was going to post a moderator ban request however doux had the PR all ready to go.
