I dont see what Falcon did wrong here

After a 2 day discussion with the administration team and all those admins available have reviewed the case and seen all side of the PR and have concluded that you have been found guilty of RDM. A blacklist will be issued. Violence should be your last option and we as a team believe you could have taken precautions to not using violence in this particular incident, refer to my previous points about hot pursuit would have been the best choice in the first instance.
