Title of suggestion: A /voiceradio toggle command

Description: Add a /voiceradio toggle command which toggles the state of the voiceradio (on/off)

Why: It would be way easier for binding the voiceradio command because sometimes I use my bind it turns the voiceradio on if it's already on and I need to press the button twice. I mean why not?

bind on to one key and off to another. simple as that.

All he’s saying guys is with the command he doesn’t have to make two binds, just one saving time and space.
If the devs are willing to code in the small addition I can’t see why not helps binders

I already have done it this way, but sometimes (for example when I die) it turns it on if it's already on ;D
