Two wrongs do not make a right. You were wrong to harass Ali OOCly like that even if you were offended by something he did in Discord.
Wolven's comments can easily be seen as IC, even if you think they weren't. There is no evidence to suggest it was in an OOC manner.

However, Ali will also receive a cool-down on Discord as it's not something that should be made fun of in a public channel.
