Summary: He propspammed the server so bad he crashed it at least two times.
He gets away with a short blacklist because no admins were online at the time, so the details given about him were vague.
So he comes back and "minges" around 24/7, including CDMing as soon as he got a hold of a car.
I don't have any video footage of him but I hope these two screens will do.

NOTE I apparently did not get that screen of Jessixa being CDMed but you see him next to the car at least.
One log-search on him and you'll probably find more than I did.

The PR itself does not provide any new evidence on itself, but log checks and additional evidence was enough, the user was found to be mass CDMing and there was a lot more rule breaking than I was originally aware of.

Also taking into account that the user has only 44 hours and multiple previous punishments for the same type of punishments, a ban will be more fitting in this case, as his intentions were simply to cause as much havoc as possible.
