Summary: GamingOfficial fabricated/tampered with his video evidence within his PR to cause a misleading point of view in a situation he was involved with in this case in which he shown only his accused users shooting with no explanation he edited his video twice in the whole fifty seconds, maybe this was to remove anything that could show that the people in Slums were in accordance with rules and had right to shoot at the particular people inside their buildings. The user can also be seen 'Third Person Abusing' at the start of the video to see things around walls which is also against the rules. This is in accordance with the below rule.

5.  Fabricating or tampering with evidence with intent to mislead, and providing false statements is under zero tolerance - committing such violations will lead to a lengthy forum ban.

His reasons behind not uploading the full video is because he has a 'mid-end' CPU and it will take half an hour to upload the full video. This is just laziness and a clear disregard for the rules and situation at hand.

Involved: The report was on me and Mac

As I’ve said in one of my reply’s, the part of this evidence he cut out was showing a Gun dealer running into our base which lead to us shooting at said Gun dealer. GamingOfficialz’s reported for “Raid Baitung / Randomness Shots”. So the part of the video he decides to crop out was actually a vital piece of evidence on my side. With him editing this out makes it look like I shot through the door randomly at an SRU when Infact we was shooting another player inside the base we brought a pistol out.

An additional note, i do believe this is not the first time he has done this directly to me.

Well, back at it again. Lets debunk all your points I will start with why I edit my videos to be so small, I have a mid-end CPU and takes me about half hour to render a 10 min video. I don't think its lazy I'd just rather play the game than wait half hour and upload a report.

Your first point is irrelevant because you don't want to render a full video you edit it to paint users in a bad light and not give any background.
