Title of Bug: Police Ford Raptor Locker

Description: The new police Ford Raptor does not contain a locker accessible with /locker as the previous two versions of the vehicle did.

Apart from in the back, but police wouldn't have an arms locker in the back without it being locked away, or inside the car.
