Locally Manufactured Government Vehicles

Just a quick notice, nothing in this thread is official - this is all simply a concept that I've been working on recently and is entirely based for role-play purposes.

Government Vehicles No Longer Imported
That's right, and you'll only hear it exclusively here!
Sunshine's been blooming positivity all around lately ever since people have settled in Pines City, and it just keeps on shining! It has been confirmed that the government is working on locally manufactured vehicles, vehicle from outside the region are said to be no longer imported and used once they reach production-point. With many pictures and photographs being teased online and many prototypes that are being used for testing purposes in public, the president himself had addressed the rumors to be true - but the secrecy about the project remains. Having stated only what was needed to be said about the rumors, judging by the brief moments of speech in the press; "Well, we most certainly owe a lot of people some answers. My citizens, with your help and funding - and for the vast spike we've had in terms of Crime Activity; we've decided to rebuild, redesign, and finally reclaim the force's way of transport. Implementing a modula-, well sadly; the anonymity of the prototypes has to stay firm. But do know this, I'm calling out each evildoer and criminal that dwell in the darkest of districts - have these four words embedded into your heads and mark them crystal clearly. You need to Step, up, your, game."

Quite definitely the most successful attempt at intimidating the enemy.
With information being undisclosed by the president's speech, others are rather quite open about the recent innovations. The internet remains what it is, as workers within the Nexus and suppliers have leaked out bits of information. A mechanical video-blogger by the name of Randyom Ivanovka had partaken on some of the technical matters of the project stating; "The exteriors be honey-combed with, big and uhhh-...OH,  much layer of reinforced kevlar. It be very strong soon. Interior be strap tightly and add ahh, erhm...- good adhesive! If you crash, no problem - you survive!" and this is assuming that it'll apply for all vehicles as Ivanovka had only been tasked to experiment with tire / wheel strength and firmness of what seems to be an Emergency Ambulance vehicle.

On the contrary, the physical appearance and design of the ambulance seems quite refreshing and absolutely a greater step up to what we've had previously. Quite misleading, the past one - with the Evocity Label and such; one of the many reasons they're eradicating all government vehicles. The font of the text is more simplistic and impactful, also having replaced the regional title as "Pines City". The insignia is changed, and although it is not clear what it is - it is thought to be a representation of our forefathers that own our hearts.
This places us to a great followup after the catastrophic events of the old city, Evocity.
There had also been many photographs floating around in the internet as Citizens have been quite eager to know about such change, prototype police cruisers have been spotted roaming in the streets. We are unsure of what their intentions are, many believe that the government are out to tease and scare the criminals off as a tactic - but a larger variety think of it as field-testing and to make sure it runs all well and perfectly fine before production steps in.

Another pair of these prototype cruisers and ambulance vehicles had also been spotted in a recent hit-and-run incident, John Viper was luckily nearby as he heard of the events, seeming to have him rushing towards with permissions to capture some photographs. These images were all published and edited on his website, though it is presumed to be all fakes as no one truly knows what the appearance of the vehicles are except witnesses; many others do however back up Viper's claims.
