Welcome to the Order of the Black Talon
Black Talon is a security organization created to recruit the best of the best and produce a dynamic and effective soldier to protect our clients. Our personnel are trained to perfection and never seize up in a fight or conflict. As Black Talon does not take applications, we make sure we evaluate skill and performance before inviting players into our esteemed order. Teamwork, coordination, voice communication, and allegiance to the clan are huge factors in the careful selection of recruits of Black Talon.
Black Talon provides a service that is becoming increasingly practical and critical, security; considering the client is not apart of a rival organization or government assembly. If you need your store or business protected you can hire Black Talon, world-class security, to assure criminals or the opposition do not get within 20 feet of the residence before being dealt with. Although, Black Talon security comes with a fee.. We do not hand out our services for free. If a client is interested in such services, contact any of the lieutenants for pricing and more information.
There is a reason that Black Talon no longer accepts government or military jobs. The higher ranks of Black Talon made the weighted decision to take upon a contract for the military, and while information on the case will not be disclosed to the public, an in-depth FBI investigation resulted in the further refusal of government/military contracts.
Security Division - This division is made up of Black Talon's highly seasoned members, assuring that when we accept a contract our men will not fail on the job. With a suspicious track record of activity behind the scenes, Black Talon's Security Division has become more transparent with their clients. Yet still refraining from providing security to rival groups or government organizations such as the military or police.
Preemptive Action Strike Force - An elite squad of soldiers who anticipate all possible attempts from an aggressor. These soldiers take upon themselves the role of a more offensive attitude in order to decisively protect a client. The squad leader may decide to lead a counter attack on an assailant if there is suspicion to believe that they demonstrated a premeditated assault. Advanced completion and a near record time of the training course is necessary to be considered in the Strike Force Squad.
Client Personal - Working in conjunction with the Strike Force, the Client Personal Squad is a select group of soldiers who devote themselves to protecting a hired client and their belongings by focusing specifically on personal protection. Never leaving a customers side for any reason is the main purpose for this squad. It seems obvious yet under no condition is it acceptable to allow an aggressor to make their move undetected; especially since it is critical in protecting an important person. An above average training session will determine a soldier's placement into the Client Personal Squad.
Defense Division - Our main research and development team, a division of Black Talon personnel dedicated to constructing portable fortifications, technologies to securely protect a client, and strengthened bases which provide adequate defense without being considered a "Doom Fort". We are currently finding more members suitable for this job and will begin our research immediately.
Research and Development - "Creative work undertaken on a systematic basis in order to increase the stock of knowledge, including knowledge of man, culture and society, and the use of this stock of knowledge to devise new applications." A group of individuals who collaboratively work together to create effective and new methods of defense barriers, communication systems including jargon to increase time efficiency, and top of the line surveillance technology. Massive knowledge and understanding on how to construct proper defensive structures through the use of props is needed to be acknowledged for a spot on this team.
The finances of Black Talon are dedicated to progress: allocating funds into new technologies, unique defense systems, or any business opportunity that will further expand our orders name throughout the city. All of our members contribute to this effort, no matter the rank. What members do with the money they make outside of the clan effort is completely up to them.
The construction of businesses or stores is allowed due to the increased revenue opportunities found in Evo City. This will directly affect the amount of research that can be accomplished by our profound Defense Division. We deeply encourage you to take part in coming to our Passive RP events and actually taking the time to realize we aren't as aggressive as we are made out to be.
Black Talon is still growing as a clan and continues to progress more and more as we speak, further unmentioned changes may be published.

Order of the Black Talon
Our Government:
The infrastructure of Black Talon is a simple yet complex organization. Black Talon has two commanders who overlook the clan; also accompanied by four to five influential Lieutenants. Each member has a specific role they must fill in order to achieve stability.
Entry:
BY INVITE ONLY
Currently we are not accepting any new members, but if we feel someone would fit well with Black Talon then we may take them in as an initiate.
Black Talon Ranks:
Commander- Rank of leader of Black Talon: commands soldiers to perform various tasks, discusses permanent diplomacy, and holds the highest rank of influence.
Lieutenant- A senior rank who convenes and administers objectives to soldiers. Also has the authority to negotiate temporary war and alliance agreements.
Instructor- Teaches initiates the principals of becoming a soldier: weapon safety, tactics, clan policies and server rules. Convenes with leaders about potential members they see fit for the clan.
Architect- Establishes the fundamentals of buildings and outposts that protect Black Talon from outsiders, is also in charge of creating businesses to promote profit.
Veteran Soldier- A rank awarded to a member of Black Talon who has achieved veteran status by maintaining their loyalty to the clan. Has also proven them self as a hardened soldier who has seen conflict on many occasions.
Scout- A fast moving and agile soldier dedicated to gathering information on enemies. Usually is equipped with light kevlar and submachine guns to improve carrying weight.
Soldier- Frontline soldiers who devote themself to protecting and accomplishing the clan's goals.
Initiate- Newly recruited members of Black Talon who are instructed of the principles surrounding our organization.
Please note:Our Rules follow basic guidelines as well as the server rules and clan rules.

Our Main Rules:
Always follow the rules of the server. Being a Talon Order member doesn't allow you to break the server laws. You must follow your current role in Talon Order and do the tasks your rank requires. Do not steal from another member as this will terminate you from the group. Do not randomly start a war without a Commander's approval, unless it is absolutely necessary. Else, this will result in a demotion.
Base Setup:
Always setup a base with as many members as possible unless limited by the amount of members online. Do not create a "doomfort" or a base that is not accessible.
Radio:
We are always on a radio frequency that everyone should use when you're a member of the Talon Order.
