I am accusing the Above User Of a TOS Violation - Harassment

Summary: To start this off I will explain something. So I think by now the entire team knows of me and they have a mixed opinion, I am trying to change my behaviour.
I can't change who I am altogether, so when I am repeatedly harassed by someone who wants me to react I use to lose my shit.
After one of the team messaged me and I realised I unfairly spoke to "them" I decided to act my age and change my behaviour on the community.

Now the user I am reporting I have now blocked on discord as he was harassing me by pms.

During the Player report I bring it to the attention of the team that I was harassed.

Now I have blocked the user on discord as advised.

I love the fearless community so I do not want to be harassed on it.

To Summarise the evidence: 
Player unprovoked and randomly insulted my intelligence, saying I had a low iq, he then continued to insult me and called me a "whack".
I had 0 interaction with him this entire day and he wanted to publicly insult me, I felt really harassed.

I believe this may have annoyed him that I reported his commenting on this post to the team (https://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=85980), he commented without being a witness to the report itself (not sure if he got punished but would explain his anger to me).

I hope fearless takes harassment seriously!

I have quite clearly been harassed by a member who has broken similar rules on many occasions.

Fearless is a community from ages 8-50 probably, allowing harassment from a member like this puts the safety of the community at risk.

By the looks of this PR, it's very clear you don't actually know the definition of harassment. The dictionary definition is "aggressive pressure or intimidation.". With the proof you've given you can clearly see I have not been aggressive or in any way tried to intimidate you hence disproving your point.

Just going to clear up a few things:

"harassing me by pms." - Haven't PM'd you in 5 days. Not even made an effort to PM in 5 days.
"I am repeatedly harassed by someone who wants me to react I use to lose my shit." - Although this is partially true, if you didn't want to see me putting your name on the end of jokes you could have blocked me days ago. You don't need a staffs permission to block somebody.
"I do not want to be harassed on it." - Stop "crying", you're not being harrassed.
"saying I had a low iq" - You raided me while I was building and began to scream rules I "had broken" which you were wrong about. You took me hostage and told me not to speak, I was typing to an admin and you saw I was typing so shot me. I hadn't said anything, therefore breaking failrp. I said you had a low IQ because well frankly you failed to comprehend what you had done to break the rules hence making you "dumb".
"I felt really harassed." - Wow! and I didnt after you called me "an autistic vagina". Really doing a good job there...
"he commented without being a witness" - You were blatantly backseat administrating on that PR and you know it, I was present on the server at the time and ultimately offered more insight to the Rule Breakage.
"use the Services to harm, threaten, or harass another person" - I haven't don't any of these things.
"I have quite clearly been harassed by a member who has broken similar rules on many occasions." - I have been banned for disrespect, not harassment. Also, I admit I said some pretty bad things to those people however what I've said to you is nothing compared to the situation I have with you.

You're overreacting over some awful jokes someone has made over the internet with your name in. If you're actually offended by what I've said please just grow up...

This will be denied for now. However, we will be keeping tabs on this issue in the future.

You have both been nerfed in Help & Support for not respecting the rules of the discord, as well as being rude to one another. It seems in this case both of you are in the wrong, although each of you may have some point equally tried to stop whatever situation is brewing amongst yourselves it also catches back up to you.

I encourage you to either ignore one another or to talk it out between yourselves. We can get involved if necessary.
