Title of suggestion: Remove Corleone Restriction For Tommy Gun

Description: Remove the restriction required where an individual with 15 RPP is required to be corleone to use the tommy gun.

Why: There is already a high requirement of 15 RPP to use it in the first place, and there are many other mafia RPs that are done outside of corleone RP that could allow it to be useful.

I don't even have the Tommy Gun, however, this feature only makes sense. If you can use government weapons as a criminal, why can't you use something like a Tommy Gun as a criminal or similar too?

As you said, mafia isn't restricted to just the Corleone family. In addition, I think anybody who has reached 15 RPP should be entitled to use a tommy gun regardless of their job.
