Evidence from the closed post clearly shows lewwings commenting without any true reasoning and pretending to be an admin.
If he isn't the person posting it and evidence has been provided why is he giving his opinion and not evidence.

Refer to 1.9  Do not take the situation into your own hands (by for example arresting a player), as that counts as Backseat Administrating, and is bannable.

Fact of the matter is he was not involved, you can not comment in detail like he did without being involved. All he ended up saying was a bunch of opinions.
Yonnos own words "please refrain from posting on a player report if you have nothing of value to add, despite "being involved" in the situation.".

DENIED & MOVED

Yonno told him not to post unless he has some information of value. The situation has been dealt with and there is no reason to post a player report on him. I see no reason to post a player report of all things for this. In fact, it does not count as "backseat administration" if he comments on a player report. He did not take the situation into his own hands either. 

Also for future cases, use the "report" function in the bottom right corner of a post/comment for forum issues. PR section is for in-game issues.
