Title of suggestion: Buff the M3 Super again (revert the nerf)
Description: Buff the M3 Super (revert the nerf or atleast partially revert it)
Why: The gun has basically become useless now, the delay is just way too long for it to ever be viable over any other gun in the game. The gun requires you to get quite close, and with the massive delay you'll most likely be dead long before you're able to get a second shot in. It should be completely reverted as the challenge with the gun is getting close to begin with (which is harder in well-made criminal bases), once you're up close a shotgun should always win.
