Lol, i have received a steam restart for an update, but im probably in a different timezone then you so you might receive it later or early i dont know, i got mine 5 mins ago and im in england so it is 11:40 am now, ive not tried gmod yet i am going to now

Edit: Nope nothing, basicly its just not responding, loading for infinity and beyond, i dont have a bloody clue whats wrong with it, its a steam problem though

Go in offline mode, restart steam and it should work Smile

It worked for me, and you can still find servers while in offline mode.
