Title of Bug: Police Hostaged

Description: When you are hostaged as a police officer, if you are then demoted then as a citizen you still have the effect of being in hostage ropes.

Evidence: I can't really show evidence as I did not record but I was in hostage ropes, got demoted and now I cannot do anything that I would do without being in ropes.

Fixed.

You can no longer be demoted while being hostaged.

Awestruck: Added note, original bug was also fixed anyway.
