Hi Ethan,

So the images you provided are insufficient to show player disrespect. The first image could quite clearly show an in character situation. The second screenshot yes isn't nice and players should really refrain from foul language, however it does not necessarily warrant a blacklist for the matter.

Hi Joey,

I belive there is sufficient evidence to prove that first image was OOC disrespect as the user addmitted that message was an out of character one. I'm under the impression that saying "fuck you" to somebody is an issue from this; https://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=78795

I would also like to add that this is not the first time nightmare has send these kind of messages, logs should prove that.

The accused was found guilty of insulting in ooc chats.

The accused states that the private message was out of character, the content of which is insulting. This means he has broken rule 1.4.

The second piece of evidence is also an insult in ooc.
