Title of Suggestion: CPR Kit

Description: CPR Kit that can be used by any job. The kit can be purchased from the market for about 50K.
It can only be used when there are no medic slots taken, this way the medic still has a role.
When it is used on an injured body it has a 25% chance of bringing them back to life and if it fails it has a 30 second cooldown between each use.
The kit takes 45 seconds to work and will use the already existing batteries on the market as ammunition for it to work.


Why: Why I think this should be added?
Because when there are no medics online and you become injured there is nothing you can do apart from someone roleplaying as giving you CPR but what if there are no admins?
What do you do then?
