Chi No Hebi was originally a rebellious group founded in year 663 with the intent of overthrowing Emperor Tenji of Japan and replacing him with a more suitable leader. They fought against the Imperial House of Japan using political influence and violence, but after hundreds of years of fighting, they started to realize it was a lost cause.

At 1924 it had completely transitioned from a rebellious group into a crime syndicate. No one cared about the Emperor anymore and it was all about building their own criminal empire that would be respected by everyone worldwide. They started to expand their business overseas and they took their boats and sailed to America & Europe.

On the third of December in 1988, a soldier was approached by a well-dressed kid with a fedora that claimed he could introduce them to a new drug that everyone on the streets would get addicted to. The soldier laughed at him and brought him to the captain and asked him what they would do with him. The captain insisted that they should bring him to the leader and let him speak, and that's what they did. They brought him to the leader and after a quick chat, he was already offered to join their crime syndicate as a recruit.

The boy grew older, and as he got older he also climbed the ranks. He became the most trusted captain & eventually he replaced the leader when he was too old to rule.
