Summary: We were standing on the sidewalk and all of a sudden he reversed at full speed into us. He did apologize multiple times however they sounded a bit sarcastic. He has done many things like this 'for a laugh', unfortunately

Concluding notes

Reported user has been found not guilty of CDM. Although it caused disruption, it didn't seem intentional and the user left the vehicle immediately to say sorry and attend to the situation. It was already dealt with IC with the arrest of James and other passers by called the Paramedics.
