Concluding notes

Reported user has been found guilty of RDM and misuse of the Gun Dealer job. Although sometimes it may be self defence, Gun Dealers really shouldn't be committing crime at all. Reported user will receive a 1 hour blacklist from Weapons & Gun Dealer.
