Summary: I was waiting for Lucky 7 Casino to open. One of the people outside the casino (A fellow customer)got shot. I decided to investigate as I was in the line of fire. Initially I got the wrong guy. But after I found Bagraara with the murder weapon. I followed him and played along. He decided to shoot a gun dealer on the way. I roped him but his friend tranqued and killed me (which is fine). However, I respawned and he decided to RDM me again.

The accused user is seen to be randomly shooting at the casino. On top of this, he is doing so in the middle of the road next to the nexus, making no attempt to hide himself - as a criminal, it is within your best intentions to stay hidden, and commit crime in secrecy.

After that, he is seen to randomly kill the Gun Dealer, which is again a break of the RDM rule.

Finally, after killing you for attempting to hostage him, he then kills you again as soon as your spawn, breaking the RDM rule for the second time; you had done nothing in your present life to warrant that death.

However, you too have also broken multiple rules. Firstly, you attempted to hostage someone as a citizen; citizens are not allowed to hostage people, and you had no in-character reason to do so - you are not accurately roleplaying your character. On top of this, you were attempting to hostage him in public, in view of everyone, which alike his shooting in public, is blatant criminal behaviour, and is a breakage of rule 8.6.

Finally, despite knowing he had heavy weapons on him, you decided to attempt to hostage him, which in my eyes, breaks the fearrp rule - you would be fearing for your life, as you knew he could whip out a gun at any moment.

It seems you are trying to justify these rule breakings by claiming that there was no admin on, so you had to stop him yourself. As you probably know, this is in violation of rule 1.9, backseat administration; you should record the evidence and come straight to a Player Report - you should not take the rules into your own hands, which is what you attempted to do in this instance.

The accused user, Bagraara, will be given a one day ban and 6 hour weapons blacklist for his actions, due to the fact this will be his 10th weapon blacklist.

A 12 hour ban was going to be issued to you, as your backseat administraton was a relatively minor offence, and did have good intentions. However, under further investigation, it was revealed that you were on your 15th ban and last chance. Therefore, you have now received a permanent ban from Fearless services.
