The video doesn't show the user breaking any rules. Citizens may use firearms for self defence as long as they're not committing any crime with them and it follows the laws, for example if he had a license from the President to use firearms for self defence/protect his property. If you have further video footage of him doing any criminal activities with the gun please PM me it, until then this is denied.
