I'm curious, what happens if the bank closes down or goes in to liquidation or goes inactive? Would all loans be called back? Would all Bank Accounts be closed and return to their owner? What if a customer (non-loan) goes inactive and you can't repay them?

If the bank goes under all loans will have to be paid back at the amount originally taken out, E.g. a 10k standard interest you would pay back 10300 but in worse case you would pay back only 10k. All money in bank accounts would be returned to owners, if a customer goes inactive and doesn't withdraw from their account for sometime, the amount in their account is till held on record but we mark it as inactive. They are able to withdraw and access their money but interest and special benefits don't effect them until they become active again.
