Title of Bug: Cars

Description: When you crashed the car even there arent any fireman, fire cant be put out so I prefered to move the car out of the fire zone when I moved it out, tried to use toolbox on it but it said you cant use toolbox without putting the fire off even there isnt fire on it.

this is because the fire is still going, and since that this is the car that started it, until the fire is gone the car will be on "fire"

This is not a bug, you have to wait for a fire man to put out the fire, or if there isnt a fireman, wait for the fire to go out.
