User was found guilty of breaking fearRP.

He should have followed fearRP due to these reasons:

1) All 4 tires in the car were blown out, meaning he could barely drive and was going very slowly. If he was driving full speed, it would have been a different story.

2) The distance was constantly quite short, he heard you yell and you could have easily shot him.

3) He was reversing, meaning his windscreen was facing you. You basically pointed a weapon right towards his face, meaning he saw you point a gun at him while telling orders,

this already started the fearRP situation.

Quote:2.1 You must follow FearRP. Your character must act afraid of life-threatening situations or of any weapons pointed at you.

In short, he would have not been able to escape by reversing, as his tires were blown out. You pointed a gun at him telling him to stop, he would have clearly seen you, as he was facing you on a short distance.

Also mechanics should not be trying to get into police chases. Their job is to repair cars, not to speed around the city.

In general you don't want to get in trouble with the law on purpose, especially as a mechanic.
