This is great mod but it needs a lot of tweaking, I get payed as much the 275k as my friend gets on the 175k one.
Also you should increase the time so we don't have to speed and avoid all traffic rules just to make the delivery possible. Perhaps make the job pay more on illegal, as you are risking a 15 minute punishment for just a bit more pay.

There should be more time on certain jobs so people don't have speed around and run people over, ram cars and such because there is only very short time to spare. You have to go full speed and even then small stops can ruin the whole delivery.
