When playing as the Female player-model, if you use an injection needle, in the /me upon use it says ''he uses an injection needle'' instead of her.

This issue is bigger that v5p and must be sorted ASAP.

Just change 'his' to 'their' and all is fixed. Much more of a priority than V5P, as stated by Dobbo.
