I don't see the point of adding a new command just to see what your build looks like at night.
At least I never think of what my builds look like at night.

Maybe it could be a vote type system depending on how many people are online. For example, it would say in chat: "Create has voted to change to night, say /setnight to vote aswell (1/6)" if 10 people are on.

I see the benefits but I also see the drawbacks in adding this.

I often use the glow (erroricon) texture on props/letters and do wonder what it looks like at night.
For instance, my X and ✓ props I use on my city tunnel dupe for lanes.
