During the course of the evening I was accused of randomly shooting a person. The events went like this: We got a call from dispatch that there were trespassers on the presidential floor, and that they were armed an that they took hostage the president and his security guard, so we responded code 3 as fast as we could. I was the first on scene, i went to the elevator and I called it, when it arrived, i found the VP inside, i escorted him to the other officers and I came back to the elevator.
It got called as soon as I putted my foot inside and so i got stuck, meanwhile all the other officers arrived on scene. I eventually got unstuck and we set up some defences to protect ourselves from the incoming possible threat from the elevator. Reebs intervened because the elevator was having some issues, and got it to work again. It got called again and then it came back, we were ready to shoot because the president and his security guard were both hostages so we thought it was carrying some of the suspects as the vice president said to us.
I was in front of the door when it opened and, as soon as it did,i got pierced with bullets that took away three quarters of my HP, and i thought the bullets were coming from both the officers and from inside the elevator, so i prepared to open fire for the next time the elevator came down and for four times we saw a man, probably a security guard,that was keeping re-calling the elevator when it arrived down to us and so we thought it was one of the suspects. We got tired of the elevator keep going up and down taking away 3 precious minutes every time so we decided to rush in quickly, and so we did.
I was the first who got in when it arrived and i shot a couple of rounds at the suspect to warn him to stand back and to don't move and soon after that i got carried away and the blacklisted by reebs who, at the beginning didn't believe me, accusing me to be the only shooter who injured the security guard (that turned out to be the president's guard) but after a while he found that an other officer shot the security guard as well and he apologized to me.

I apologize if shot the security guard, but i was worried about my safety and that of my fellow officers since the president and his security guard were taken hostage and we were expecting only suspects to come down in the elevator.

The security guard was an unarmed man in the nexus elevator. You told me that you shot him because he kept using the Elevator. You should have seen this and taken it into consideration before opening fire.

At what point did you conclude that the Security guard was a threat to your life and the lives of those around you? Surely a less than lethal option would have suited the situation better, such as a Tazer or Baton?

To me, it seemed that the shooting of this unarmed man was intentional, and you even told me ingame that you shot him because he repeatedly called the elevator. Furthermore, as a Police Officer, your job and primary objective is to preserve life and protect the citizens. May I ask how that is preserving life?

Finally, ingame you told me that you were "protecting him". You have a very odd way of protecting him, that being opening fire upon him at point-blank range. Considering he was that close, you would have been dead already if he wanted you to be, if he was armed, considering you were standing in front of the officers shooting at him while doing so yourself.

I see no reason whatsoever for me to even consider unblacklisting you as it looked very clear to me what your intention was at the time.

No, you said i was protecting him,i didn't, i was just in the way when the other officers opened fire, and for the hundredth time i wasn't the only that shot him, all officers did but, as said i unfortunately was in front of him.
I basically play as a police officer/SRU all the time and i know that the suspects can pull out their guns when you least expect it and, as the vice president and the president said, only suspects would come down the elevator because the vice president was taken to safety meanwhile the president and his security guard were taken hostage.

You did say that you protected him. Keep in mind that lying in the courthouse is against the rules and will lead to a lengthy forum ban. As I said, I only have logs of you and the other officer I punished actually shooting him, and I will pull those logs later today.

You should know better, which is why I have come to the decision to deny this appeal and suspend you for lying in the courthouse.
