I've reinstalled v4b1 map many times but it keeps giving 'Couldn't CRC Map' error.

Delete the map from your addons folder, should be located somewhere like this: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons

Then let it reinstall through steam, or redownload it

no, i think winRar does work, but if not search on google "uncompress [insert compressed file type]". then click one of them

No, extract it to your Garry's Mod maps folder. The map file itself should go there.
