You could probably put an RPP limit on it if you spawned it from F1 menu, and created an entity.

Yes it's a good prop to build with, but you gotta remember, not everyone would have good intentions with it. The destruction that could be caused with just one of these houses, let alone them being propspammed, could be catastrophic. I hate when limits or requirements get put on stuff, but maybe an hours or RPP limit could be a way to compromise with this prop (and perhaps other similar size props which are banned)?
