This would be great! It would let the caller know if help is on the way or not , and will let other government officials know if someone is taking the call.

I'd rather /requestr given /requestreply is a bit hefty to type. Also it would be great if this would work with ID so for example /requestr 517

Instead of just /Requestr that way in the off chance more than one request comes through at a time.
