The guy has his gun out, and I hear no orders of you telling him to drop his weapon.

.X., why would you try to rope a man with his gun out? Added, why was it done in public on a main road?

Mic was muted on shadowplay, and he drove into us and several others making us crash, so we jumped out and took him at gunpoint while he was in his car. He came out with his gun out, because thats how he went in(I guess). We did it there because if u look at the video, u can clearly see theres a crash behind us, how would u suggest we do it, when we stopped his car at the crash because it was damaged. We couldn't move his car somewhere not "public"
