The History
Black Thistle International began on 1st April 2013. Ryan McGuiness had the idea of protecting people of Evo City and be professional while doing so. He created Black Thistle International with a small amount of money and only 1 vehicle. He then started protecting very important people, government officials, celebrities, local officials. He than grew and grew to multiple divisions with more people applying to become security agents. Up until May of 2014, there was up to 40 agents in Black Thistle International.
Black Thistle International then spread to other divisions such as Road Safety, Traffic Control, House Maintenance, Road Maintenance, Problem Solving Team and many more. When May of 2014 came around, Ryan McGuiness and 3 other high ranking agents in Black Thistle International were injured in the line of duty. A man attacked the Vice President of Evo City with automatic firearm, Ryan McGuiness and those 3 other agents were shot. Ryan McGuiness was the only one to survive his injuries. Ryan McGuiness was a Ex-Navy seal. He was trained in close quarters combat and was also ex-law enforcement. He knew what do in this situation to which he shot and killed the attacker, no one else was harmed.
Ryan McGuiness made the decision to put a hold on managing Black Thistle International until now.

Black Thistle International is a Organisation that works closely and with the citizens of Evo City. We are divided into different branches with cover multiple things such as Security work, Road Safety, Public Affairs, Problem Solving and Investigating. Our job is to help and protect our clients at what ever cost.

Application Process
In order to join Black Thistle International, you must apply on this post and put as much detail as possible in. If you do not make it through this process, you will be denied from applying within 1 week of applying.
When applying, you must have in mind that there is a lot of jobs and opportunities for you and there is always the possibility of promotion. You must be at least 15 years of age, have over 100 hours In-Game playtime, have a good knowledge of English and manage to roleplay well in a team and with new people.

Probationary Process
If you have passed the application process, Congratulations, Welcome to Black Thistle International! In this process, you will go through 1-2 weeks of probationary. You will be asked what Branch you would like to dedicate your time to, you can change to whatever branch you want to at any time. However, you will be put into the probationary stage on that branch you choose even if you are an Special Agent in the Security Branch fort example. After this 1-2 weeks of close supervision and training sessions, 3 of the executive branch members along with Ryan McGuiness will choose whether you are eligible for a rank up into the branch you have chosen. If you do not have the vehicle designated to the certain branch that you are put into, you can get one for a vehicles to use until you no longer need it. If you choose that this is not the organisation for you, notify Ryan McGuiness of your resignation and you will be taken off the post. When you have entered this stage, feel free to ask questions and familiarise yourself with the other members! Thank you for applying!
