[Solved] Crash Logs
#1
Where does one find their crash log files, since re-installing GMOD and the content I keep randomly crashing like the program closes and everything sometimes when pressing F1 etc.

Where do I find my crash files again for GMOD

They should just appear in your Garry's mod folder, for example, D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GarrysMod

My logs made me even more confused since they're filled with NULL blocks or random Unicode that doesn't seem relevant

You can find your crash logs in: Steam/steamapps/common/GarrysMod/

The files will look a little like this:

Then,
You can either read the files manually or use this site (http://dumps.metastruct.uk.to). Be aware, this site isn't verified by Valve but I have used it a decent amount before for debugging issues.

Ah nice one cheers la, I was looking in like the windows crash logs and stuff lol. Never actually thought to check in the GMOD folder....that makes sense.
